    Deadlines That Can’t Wait

After a DUI arrest in Colorado you have 7 days after receiving the notice of revocation to request a DMV hearing, or your license is revoked automatically. Court dates on a summons are fixed. Most Colorado injury claims must be filed within 2 years (C.R.S. § 13-80-102), claims from car accidents within 3 years (§ 13-80-101(1)(n)), and a claim against a government body needs written notice within 182 days of discovering the injury (§ 24-10-109). If a date is on any paper you have received, tell us first.

    Your Information Is Protected

What you share in a consultation is confidential under Rule 1.18 of the Colorado Rules of Professional Conduct, even if you decide not to hire us.
