Trial Lawyers & Legal Services of Colorado, LLC (Law Stars Colorado) is a Greenwood Village trial practice. Its roots go back to 1993, and it is built around one principle: every client deserves a lawyer who is ready to try the case.

Daniel J. Schendzielos was admitted to the Colorado bar in 1993 and founded the practice that became this firm the same year. For twenty years he practiced alongside the late Honorable District Judge Roger Cisneros, and he has handled or been involved in more than 1,000 cases, both civil and criminal.
He has also taught: he has been an Adjunct Professor of Law at the University of Denver Sturm College of Law since 1999, and he is the Academic Director of Lawnova Academy, which trains legal professionals to use artificial intelligence responsibly in research, drafting and trial preparation. That background shapes how the firm handles today’s cases, many of which turn on phones, data and electronic records.
The Colorado Supreme Court has recognized his pro bono service under Rule 6.1 of the Colorado Rules of Professional Conduct.

Cases are prepared as if they will go to trial. That is what gives a negotiation its strength, and it is why our lead attorney’s maxim is “Do NOT just plead guilty.”
From the first meeting you know which attorney is responsible for your case, and you get straight answers about your options, your risks and what happens next.
No one can promise an outcome, and we won’t. You get a candid view of the evidence, the law and the realistic paths forward.
Phones, metadata, video and social media now decide many cases. We look at that evidence closely and bring in forensic experts when a case needs them.
